I feel the form may not make much sense without its description, so I'm pasting it here as well:

"Cassandra Spencer is one of the few remaining locals of the town of Sunnyglade. She works as a dancer down at The Treasure Chest- and she's certainly got the body for it. Quite the reputation around town too! Mostly from young men she's "gotten close to", but the poor thing insists none of that is true! She protests "this isn't my body!" And "I'm not even from this town!" She's a bit unstable, making it hard for her to focus much, and she acts as though she's not even familiar with her own body, so her balance is off- but this same instability makes her magic unpredictably powerful. The good doctors are working with her to get her to snap out of it and stop insisting she's some mage from far away under some sort of curse. Perhaps some immersion therapy in the ~ahem~ hobbies she used to enjoy could help her snap out of it and get back to work? The doctors say it's for her own good, and it seems to work- the more she's tied up and fucked, the more she acts like the bubbly flirty stripper she is!"
